Selling pace vs the last two HAGS shows
Share of capacity sold, counting down to show day. Spring Festival 2025 is the Mar 15 beach show with Arizona. Jack Marlow is the most recent HAGS show. Eli & Fur capacity is about 1,700 across tiers.
Where Eli & Fur stands today
Each row at the same number of days out as Eli & Fur is now. The projection takes Eli & Fur's tickets today and assumes it sells the same share of its final total by now as that show did. It is a range, not a forecast.
What the creative is saying (read on Oct 31)
- Lineup and artist-forward ads carry the purchases. The animated lineup video and the artists flyer in the Rinzen and Emmitt Fenn ad set are the only ads with more than two purchases each.
- Feel-good edits are getting spend without sales. Love Is The Answer and Hi Ibiza have taken real budget and show no purchases yet.
- Early bird messaging converts but costs more. Early Bird A Party has purchases at a higher cost than the lineup video, and the drone cut has none.
- Sample sizes are tiny and every ad is still in learning. Treat this as a lean, and recheck once each ad has a few more purchases.
- On pace, this show is selling close to the same share of capacity as the beach festival did at this point, and well ahead of Jack Marlow's raw numbers. Both past shows sold most of their tickets in the last week, so the next two weeks should not be judged on daily volume.
